Engaging, expertly structured, and rooted in tradition, our Kobudo classes teach the ancient Okinawan art of weapons while helping students develop focus, precision, and essential martial skills. Each class is tailored to your experience level, combining technique, coordination, and discipline with the values of traditional Samurai training.

At a glance, Kobudo is:

  • Beginners: Introduced to fundamentals of Okinawan weapons, including Nunchaku, Tonfa, Bo Staff, Kama, and Sai

  • Intermediate: Developed through structured drills, timing, and coordination

  • Advanced: Refined through mastery of technique, combinations, and traditional etiquette

  • Tailored for advanced students, teens and adults seeking intensive training, competition preparation, or skill refinement, these private sessions focus on the individual’s goals. Each session is designed to accelerate technique, strength, and mental discipline, under the guidance of expert instructors. Students can work on advanced kata, sparring, weapons training, or competition strategies, with one-on-one feedback and coaching.
